1. The Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all design, fabrication, vinyl, lettering, decal, wrap, color-change, paint-protection, window-tint, and installation services ("Services") provided by Adhere Studio LLC ("Adhere," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, placing an order, paying a deposit, signing a work authorization, or delivering a vehicle for installation, you ("Client," "you") accept these Terms.
If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. Services
Services may include any combination of: artwork creation or adaptation, print production, contour cutting, lamination, installation (drop-off, on-site mobile, or shipped DIY kit), removal of existing graphics, surface prep, color-change wraps, paint protection film, window tinting, and related compliance lettering (USDOT, MC, GVWR, reflective markings, etc.).
Scope is defined in the written quote, work order, or order confirmation ("Order"). Anything outside that scope is a change order and may affect price and timeline.
3. Quotes, Estimates & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
- Estimates generated by the online intake tool are best-effort price ranges based on the information you provide. Final pricing is set by the written Order.
- A deposit of up to 50% may be required to begin design or order materials. Balance is due before vehicle release or shipment, unless other terms are written into the Order.
- Accepted payment methods include card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency rails. Card processing is handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Past-due balances accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5%/month or the maximum allowed by law, plus reasonable collection costs.
- Mobile installs may include a flat travel/setup fee disclosed in your Order.
4. Vehicle Condition & Prep
Vinyl, wraps, and films only perform as well as the surface underneath them. By authorizing work, you confirm and accept the following:
- Clean, wax-free, sealant-free surface required. Vehicles arriving with wax, ceramic coatings, silicone sealants, tire-shine overspray, or aftermarket "shine" products must be decontaminated before install. This is billable at our shop rate if not handled in advance.
- Existing graphics removal is estimated, not guaranteed. Unknown adhesive residue, sun-baked vinyl, layered graphics, ghosting, or damaged clearcoat underneath prior wraps will increase labor time and material costs. Additional time is billed at our shop rate and disclosed before work continues.
- Paint, body, and trim condition. We are not responsible for paint, clearcoat, rust, primer, body filler, repainted panels, aftermarket coatings, or trim that lifts, fails, peels, oxidizes, cracks, or is otherwise damaged before, during, or after install where the underlying surface was not in sound, OEM-quality condition.
- Aftermarket / repainted panels. Vinyl can pull paint from panels that were repainted, blended, touched up, or not properly cured. You accept this risk for any non-OEM finish.
- Sensors, antennas, cameras, sunroofs, and seals. We mask around these where feasible but cannot guarantee performance of factory electronics or weather seals after install or removal.
- Pre-existing damage. Dents, scratches, chips, rust, prior body work, and trim issues are documented at intake when noticed but are not our responsibility to repair.
- Storage & weather. For mobile and on-site installs, you provide a clean, dry, climate-reasonable workspace. Outdoor installs in rain, dust, freezing temperatures, or direct heat may be rescheduled at our discretion.
5. Design Assets & Intellectual Property
- Adhere owns all original design assets — including artwork, layouts, mockups, illustrations, source files, color systems, templates, and cut/print files — created by Adhere. These are licensed to you for use on the specific vehicle(s) in the Order.
- Source files (.ai, .eps, layered .pdf, cut files) are not transferred unless purchased separately at our then-current source-file release rate.
- Assets supplied by you (logos, photography, fonts you own) remain yours. You represent that you have the rights to use everything you send us and that we may reproduce it for the Order. You indemnify Adhere against third-party IP claims tied to assets you supply.
- Adhere may photograph, video, and publicly showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you opt out in writing before install.
6. Approvals, Proofs & Typos
Before we cut vinyl or push print, you receive a proof to approve. Once you approve a proof (by email, text, or e-sign):
- You are responsible for typos, wrong phone numbers, wrong URLs, wrong USDOT/MC numbers, wrong addresses, misspellings, layout choices, and missing information.
- Reprints or recuts caused by approved-proof errors are billable at full material + labor cost.
- Reprints or recuts caused by an Adhere production error are corrected at our cost.
- Verbal approvals are not binding. Get it in writing.
7. Color, Material & Visual Variance
- Screens, printers, and physical vinyl reproduce color differently. Final printed or cast-vinyl color may vary up to ±5–7% from any on-screen proof or Pantone target.
- Cast-vinyl batches, gloss levels, and finish textures (matte, satin, gloss, metallic, chrome) can shift slightly between production runs.
- Vehicle curvature, rivets, body lines, seams, and door gaps may interrupt graphics. We mitigate this in layout; we do not redesign panel architecture.
8. Warranty & Care
- We use premium 3M™ and equivalent cast vinyl. Manufacturer durability ratings (typically 5–7+ years) pass through to you when the material is installed and maintained per spec.
- Adhere's install workmanship warranty: 12 months from install date against lifting, peeling, or failure caused by improper installation — provided the vehicle is hand-washed, kept out of high-pressure car washes, and not subject to abrasive chemicals, off-road abuse, or third-party modification of the graphics.
- Damage from accidents, vandalism, hail, road debris, fuel/oil/solvent contact, pressure washing, gas-station car-wash brushes, or improper care is not covered.
- DIY kits ship with written care instructions; install warranty does not apply to DIY-installed graphics.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Adhere's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
- Adhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, fleet rental, loss of goodwill, brand impact, or business interruption.
- Adhere is not responsible for color match disputes within the variance described above, typos on approved proofs, artwork choices you approved, factory paint failures, aftermarket coatings, hidden body damage, or any failure of materials or vehicles outside our reasonable control.
- Adhere is responsible only for damage caused by Adhere's gross negligence or willful misconduct during installation.
- Services are provided "as is" and "as available." All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
10. Cancellation, Reschedules & Refunds
- Cancellations before design begins: deposit refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations after design begins but before production: deposit retained to cover design and consultation time.
- Cancellations after material is ordered, printed, or cut: non-refundable.
- Reschedules with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
- No-shows for scheduled installs are billed a $150 trip/holding fee.
11. Changes to These Terms
Adhere may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email when we have your address on file. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina. The parties first agree to attempt good-faith resolution in writing for at least 30 days before filing suit.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Adhere Studio LLC collects when you use our website, intake forms, client portal, kit orders, scheduling, chat, and email — and what we do with it. We don't sell personal information.
What We Collect
- Contact info you give us: name, company, email, phone, mailing/install address, ZIP, vehicle details.
- Project info: photos, logos, brand assets, USDOT/MC numbers, messages, proof approvals, scheduling preferences.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We receive the last 4 digits, brand, and status — never the full card number.
- Account info: if you create a client portal account, your login email and authentication tokens (no plaintext passwords).
- Usage data: anonymized page views, device type, referrer, and basic diagnostics for site performance and abuse prevention.
- Files you upload: stored in our secured cloud database/storage (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) until your project closes plus our retention window.
How We Use It
- Quote, schedule, design, produce, install, and invoice your project.
- Reply to your texts, emails, chats, and forms.
- Send transactional emails (proofs, invoices, status updates).
- Improve the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep our backend healthy.
- Show completed work in our portfolio (you may opt out in writing).
We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under CCPA and similar U.S. state laws, and GDPR for EU residents), you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete that information.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply STOP, unsubscribe).
- Withdraw consent for portfolio use of your project photos.
Email help@adherestudio.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data Retention & Security
We retain project records and contact data for as long as needed to service your account, comply with tax/legal obligations, and defend against claims (generally up to 7 years for financial records). Files uploaded for quotes that don't convert are purged within 12 months.
Data is stored in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We use role-based access, strong authentication, and audit logging internally. No system is 100% secure — if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
