Old vinyl is unpredictable. Sun-baked adhesive, layered wraps, and clearcoat damage underneath all add labor I can't see until I start. I give an estimate, but unknown removals are billed as actual time + materials.

Premium 3M™ and equivalent cast vinyl, with matching laminate where required. I use cast for wraps (conforms to curves, lasts longer) and high-performance calendared for lettering and short-term graphics.

Manufacturer-rated 5-7+ years for cast vinyl on properly prepped, garage-kept vehicles. Real-world life depends on sun exposure, wash habits, and whether the vehicle lives outside year-round.

Properly installed wraps on factory OEM paint typically remove cleanly within the material's lifespan. Repainted panels, aftermarket clearcoat, or paint with prior damage can pull on removal, I'll flag risk panels before install.

Hand wash recommended. Touchless car washes are okay. Avoid high-pressure brushes, abrasive cleaners, gas-station rotating brushes, and pressure washing closer than 12" or hotter than 140°F.

Clean, dry, and wax-free. No tire shine residue, no spray sealants, no ceramic coatings applied recently. If it arrives dirty or coated, I'll prep it at my shop rate or reschedule.

A clean, dry, indoor or covered workspace at least 12'×24' per vehicle, power outlet, climate that's not freezing or 100°F+, and access to the vehicle for the full install window. Outdoor-only sites get evaluated case by case.

What file formats do you need from me?

Vector preferred: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf with editable layers. High-res .png or .jpg works as a backup; I'll let you know if it needs to be rebuilt before print.

Who owns the artwork?

Adhere owns the original artwork, layouts, and source files. You get a perpetual license to use the design on the vehicle(s) in your order. Anything you supplied (your logo, your photos) stays yours.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every kit / wrap design. Additional rounds are billed hourly so I can keep timelines honest for everyone.

What happens if I approve a proof with a typo?

Once you approve, I print. Typo reprints from an approved proof are billed at material + labor. Double-check phone numbers, websites, USDOT numbers, and spelling carefully, that's the moment to catch it.
