Do you require a deposit?

Yes — typically up to 50% to lock in your install date and start design / order materials. Balance is due before vehicle release or shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and select crypto. Card processing runs through Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Do you have a physical shop or come to me?

Both. We're based in the Triad (Greensboro / Randleman, NC) with drop-off install at the shop, and we run mobile installs across the Triad for fleets, after-hours, and overnight projects.

How much does a fleet wrap cost?

Lettering and decal packages typically run $295–$895 per vehicle depending on coverage. Full wraps and color changes start higher and depend on vehicle size, finish, and complexity. The intake estimator gives a realistic range in under 5 minutes.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Blitz kits?

Are mobile installs extra?

Mobile installs include a flat travel/setup fee disclosed in your quote. Local Triad addresses are routine; further out we'll work it into the number up front, no surprises.

Yes. The Blitz Kit unlocks bulk pricing at 5+ vehicles, and large fleets get scheduled rollouts so you're not pulling more than one or two trucks off the road at a time.

Why does removing existing graphics cost extra?

Old vinyl is unpredictable. Sun-baked adhesive, layered wraps, and clearcoat damage underneath all add labor we can't see until we start. We give an estimate, but unknown removals are billed as actual time + materials.

What vinyl do you use?

Premium 3M™ and equivalent cast vinyl, with matching laminate where required. We use cast for wraps and color changes (conforms to curves, lasts longer) and high-performance calendared for lettering and short-term graphics.

How long does a wrap last?

Manufacturer-rated 5–7+ years for cast vinyl on properly prepped, garage-kept vehicles. Real-world life depends on sun exposure, wash habits, and whether the vehicle lives outside year-round.

Will it damage my paint?

Properly installed wraps on factory OEM paint typically remove cleanly within the material's lifespan. Repainted panels, aftermarket clearcoat, or paint with prior damage can pull on removal — we'll flag risk panels before install.

Can I wash my vehicle normally?

Hand wash recommended. Touchless car washes are okay. Avoid high-pressure brushes, abrasive cleaners, gas-station rotating brushes, and pressure washing closer than 12" or hotter than 140°F.

Do you do paint protection film (PPF)?

How long does install take?

Lettering & decals: a few hours. Full side graphics: half day. Full wrap or color change: 2–4 days depending on vehicle and prep. Mobile installs run on the same schedule, with the workspace requirements listed below.

What does my vehicle need to look like when it arrives?

Clean, dry, and wax-free. No tire shine residue, no spray sealants, no ceramic coatings applied recently. If it arrives dirty or coated, we'll prep it at our shop rate or reschedule.

What do you need for a mobile install?

A clean, dry, indoor or covered workspace at least 12'×24' per vehicle, power outlet, climate that's not freezing or 100°F+, and access to the vehicle for the full install window. Outdoor-only sites get evaluated case by case.

How much notice do you need to schedule?

I don't have a logo. Can you design one?

Yes. Logo and brand work can be added to any fleet project, or handled separately. Pricing depends on scope — usually one or two rounds of concepts plus revisions.

What file formats do you need from me?

Vector preferred: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf with editable layers. High-res .png or .jpg works as a backup; we'll let you know if it needs to be rebuilt before print.

Who owns the artwork?

Adhere owns the original artwork, layouts, and source files. You get a perpetual license to use the design on the vehicle(s) in your order. Anything you supplied (your logo, your photos) stays yours.

How many design revisions do I get?

Two rounds of revisions are included in every kit / wrap design. Additional rounds are billed hourly so we can keep timelines honest for everyone.

What happens if I approve a proof with a typo?

Once you approve, we print. Typo reprints from an approved proof are billed at material + labor. Double-check phone numbers, websites, USDOT numbers, and spelling carefully — that's the moment to catch it.
